FYI.....for those of us who have a BS/BA/Masters degree, look into the Workforce Investment Act program in your state. WIA pays up to $8000 for vocational training programs and other educational programs. My career counselor told me I could go anywhere in the US and utilize the grant.
Also, those who are just starting college qualify as well. I was just giving additional information to those with degree who have nearly exhausted financial aid (or do not want the burden of taking out the entire tutition loan amount).
