Keep Trudging as they say - Don't work so hard that you put your mental health at risk. I know how much work means when you are trying to pay the bills but your sobriety has to come first always. Make sure you set a timer or daily reminder of some kind so that you don't forget to call in for testing. Most state BON require some documentation from your employer about your attendance, behavior etc... so they know you have stipulations one of which is being available to test when required. Make sure you have the addresses of at least 1 24 hour collection site. The BON will not take "I had to work late as an excuse". Still good for you at getting a job.

I got a full time job at a Davita dialysis clinic. It's a large one..26 stations and they want to expand. I'm very grateful they are taking a chance on me!! I got offered the position at the interview..but then had to go thru the background check. Thank god I passed!!!!
You rely have to look around for them ask your BON for list. The 24 hour site I used on occasion was about an hour and half drive from home. Once when I was on a BON approved vacation my number came up in a strange city and I called Quest Diagnostics explained my proble and was directed to a local test site.

I'm very happy and relieved to say I got the job with the first and only place I applied/interviewed for. It was a grueling process, but worked out in the end. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop and am very nervous about such a change in the work I'll be doing. I know it will be hard work and the hours will make it difficult to sleep and get time to make it to drug screens. I'm happy but scared.
But.. I guess I'm proof that it can be done!
