I got an Externship in the NICU!

I am so excited about this and a little scared!:balloons: I have done clinical rotations but I am sure that things will be a bit different. I was intially looking for one in Atlanta because that is where I will be relocating to after graduation and it is very competitive here because there are only 2 hospitals here , but I decided to apply for the externship anyways and got It! Any suggestions for maximizing my experience in the Nicu!??

An externship is a position you take before you are a nurse but are in nursing school In my area we have to have all but one year left whether you are in ADN or BSN program. We get paid a stipend after our hours are completed. We follow an RN in a department of our choice. Any more questions let me know
