I took my test on Tuesday. I ended up with 265 questions. I found out yesterday that I failed. I guess I am taking it better than I expected. I just feel that I am the only one, and that I am not good enough.
I guess I am just looking for some words of encouragement.
It hurts to think that I could be calling myself a RN now, but I cannot. I know I have to wait 45 or 90 days to re-take it. It is going to be a long summer of studying.
Look at it this way. Now you know what to expect. Most of the jitters should be gone. You can take a couple of days to feel bad and then devise a sound plan to study and retake the exam. This time you will know what to do to put some powerful effort into preparing and you won't have so much nerves to get in the way. Good luck on the second time. i have failed three times and i put my faith in god hands now, i will be taking my test for the fourth time on sunday july 20. don't give up . just study and answer questions from the saunders book. good luck
i too took the nclex 3 times... and know what you mean when you say you feel like a failure... its so hard when no one understands ... except for the people on here... this site has been so great.... and really does help me to keep trying!! i am also working on finishing the first step of suzannes plan and felt it has been a good review..... i am confident that we will pass!! keep your head up!!
