Actually, I had 3 interviews for the same position. I'm a new grad, the first was with Human Resources, then a Nurse in charge of the internship, then the Nurse manager for the unit. I think I did well in the first 2, I was confident about it as they were pretty standard interview questions. The one with the nurse manager I'm not too sure about as the situational questions were very hard and caught me off guard.
Anyways, wish me luck! I'm glad I was offered an interview at all, this was the first job I applied to.

I am in almost the exact same situation you are in right now and I interview with the charge nurse shortly. :)

Good luck! Let us know how you did.
Well, it's been a while. I was offered the position and will start Monday. Very exciting! Today is my last day at my now old job, I've been here for a while... it's bittersweet!
Now to the new journey!

I just had my first interview today. It was a complete surprise and I had just started looking for a job, was dropping off my resume. Needless to say I was very unprepare and had done any practice questions, etc. For whatever reason I was offered a part time job. I didnt even have my references on me, and need to go back tommorow with them. I didnt have the presence of mind to ask what time. I think I was shocked to get an offer out of the blue.
