I am taking my first semester online and I just had my first ANP1 test last week. I got a 38 out of 100! I sucked! I studied really hard, but apparently not enough. The thing of it is, is that there are only 2 more tests (not proctored) and then the final (proctored). I am also upset with the instructor. She doesn't return my emails! I also feel like she graded me unfairly on the discussion board. I responded to the subject...it was a short response, but I don't think it justified a 10 out of 20 points. I need all the points I can get! I NEED to pass this class! I am totally bummed and don't know what to do! On top of it all...they lost my test 1 exam for algebra in the testing center. I went to retake it because the instructor said I needed to be finished by Wed. ran out of time and had to leave for work in the middle of it. I hope she lets me finish it! I can't be late to work!!! Thats what pay for my schooling...sigh I think I need a stiff drink.
Thanks for listening to me whine!
My class is completely online, we do the labs at home or using a software program. It isn't quite the same as if you are in the actual lab. You don't have the feedback from the instructor while you are doing the lab.
I wish there was an all day lab to attend, that would make it easier for me.
Thanks for the tips. I'm trying a new strategy. I'm reading the textbook and making my own notecards. THEN I will go through the lecture. I've been focusing on the lecture and she doesn't seem to be covering everything in her lecture notes. Or if she does I'm completely missing it. So I'm just making my own notes and I'll compare them to her notes.

I took A&P online and we had labs due every week that we did at home. And we had to 8 hour Saturday labs that we had to do.
