Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN Examination / Edition 5
Hurst Review (Online Video Lectures and Hurst Study sheets).
I do not mind buying other books or programs. The only problem is I only have about 30 days before I take my NCLEX so I really want to get organized.
Below is my daily routine:
10:00 a.m = 100 NCLEX questions using the saunders 5th edition online questions.
2:00 p.m = I watch one or two HURST review videos and fill in the Hurst work sheets.
6:00 p.m = 100 NCLEX questions from the the saunders 5th edition online questions.
9:00 p.m = I make Studyblue.com flash cards on the Hurst review videos I watched.
12:00 midnight = Review flash cards for about 1 hour.
Anything that I should change or add to my schedule? I do not mind buying any books or anything at all that will help me out. Please post any tips or changes that I should make to my daily schedule. I would greatly appreciate it. :)
Nursingbro...i take my Nclex Pn next week and the anxiety is running high!! We had to use ATI through nursing school..Did you guys use that?? Anyways I am using ATI and Saunders 5th edition...I got used to the Saunders questions and went to Nclex 3500 and it kinda threw me because the questions seem different....anyways..i am gonna stick to my Saunders and ATI...i am doing about 300 questions a day......Best of luck to you!!
Good luck I really hope you pass! Today I only did 100 questions I really need to start doing more saunders questions. Hopefully I can do 300 daily. It takes me 1 hour to do 100 questions...but if I look for every single word that I dont understand and search for it in google I can take a looong time to just do 100 questions.

Hey, good luck, some of my friends that have taken the nclex dont like doing saunders questions because its nothing like the nclex, why dont you buy pda by lacharity which is pretty much alike to the nclex and do questions from nclex 3500 wich its free and exam cram? ... Pm me so i can send you some files im taking mine in 15 days
I don't know how Hurst review is, but Kaplan Q-Bank was so much similar to real NCLEX for me. But, we all know everyone's test is different. I would say stick to what you have and include PDA to it and just go with it for 1 month that you have. And go over 30 some pages Nclex review posted here somewhere in all nurses. When you do questions, make sure you review rationale for right and wrong answers. Do apply your critical thinking skills starting now because they do require it a lot.
