I don't know I'm getting ready to graduate from A&M (don't hate!) and I have a B.S. in Microbiology. I need to get a B.S. in Nursing for my military commission but I don't know too much about nursing schools or how they work. I know about accelerated programs and about the nursing programs as a second degree. Unfortunately my GPA is just a little under the wire for most of these programs, does anyone have any suggestions?? I could REALLY use some help. Thanks ya'll!

You can still get commissioned without a nursing degree...
From what I've read/heard if you want to be an officer then you have to have a BSN. I know you can enlist without one but I'm going for the Lt.

The short answer is that the accelerated BSN for those who already hold a BS is the best route, but if you have looked into this and your GPA is not high enough, then the regular second BS route would be the way to go. The GPA requirement is usually a little bit lower for this. If your GPA is really deficient, you might inquire about taking courses to raise your GPA. You might need some prerequisites for nursing school that you could take with the intent of getting the best grades possible. I would schedule appointments with the nursing counselors at any programs you are interested in, and explore your options further. You never know, you might be able to get admitted as an exception to policy if you inquire and follow their guidance. Good luck.
Because of your degree in micro, you have a few options. Check out: http://www.armymedicine.army.mil/jobs/jobs.html
Do not talk to a regular recruiter, they are only interested in getting you to enlist. You need to talk to a health care recruiter...
Ask about the Baylor/Army's Physical Therapy program, if you get accepted you'll enter as a 2LT, go to a fully funded PT program while you get full salary and benefits.

Or you could apply to the military's medical school which has the same deal, fully funded school and you get full salary while attending.
