I Bomb Out!!! Need Advice

Published

Hello,

I am soo upset:o I failed my exam in Nursing 102 and A&PII, I use to be the student that studies (not as much as I should) and Pass, Well thats caught up to me!!!

I know that Im not spending enough time studing... how do I get the time in, Everyone says Im the lucky one because I dont work. Well they are wrong, I have a 8month old and a 4year old son that drives me crazy!!! then my 13year old and my 9 year old are in school. when they come home I have to help my daughter!

The two that are not in school keep me busy all day (like a full time job) something has to change.. OR I will be kicked out of the nursing program!!!

Im soo upset about this !!! Can anyone make any suggestions???

I have kids and am in school full time and make very good grades.

You just need to get organized with your school- I bet you are not organized ;)

I have 2 kids ages 5 years (whom I also homeschool so with that I am VERY busy) and a 1 year old both home during the day with me.

I take all my classes after hubby gets home and I am gone from 4:30-9:30 pm mon-thurs. I come home and study from 10pm- till whenever (sometimes 2am if I need to).

I went back to school when my youngest was 6 months old so I know it can be done, we have lots of moms here in school so you are certain not alone! You CAN do this and succed! But dont expect to study when the kids are awake....lol

And you do NOT have to make the decision that was suggested before between taking care of your kids or school- you can do both and do them quite well. An 8 month old baby does not need to be put in a playpen to cry- that to me would border on child abuse.

I do it all with no babysitter or anything, but if you have the money then by all means get one! I would if I had the money!

Good luck and dont give up! Also make sure you have a wall calander that you can write everything down (kids school things, your school, tests, doc appoijtments, etc) so you can just glance at and see. And then have a more detailed planner that you keep with you in your bag.
