Hello everyone! I took my NCLEX PN in Los Angeles on June 24th. My computer shut off after 85th question. Lot of select all that apply & pharmacology questions. Some meds I didn't even heard of. In CA we have to wait 3-4 week to get a result by mail.
It's been a week now. I check California Vocational Nurses License Verification page every day. My name is not there..... My classmates who passed said that they were able to see their names in 5 days. I'm afraid i pass.
I know that I have to sit quietly and wait.
I'm very anxious.

You will not see your name on the Ca website until you have your results and paid for your license. Suggest a search as something was posted recently about this
I paid all the fees to the board already.

Your name is not going to appear on the BVNPT's web pages anytime soon. You will receive your result via mail in 3 to 4 weeks. If you passed, you must mail a $120 check payable to the BVNPT. Once the BVNPT processes this check, your name and license number will finally appear on their web pages.
In other words, your name will not appear on their website until after you have paid for your license. Since you have not yet paid for a license, you might as well stop looking on their site daily.
Good luck to you!

You did not pay for the actual license, you only paid the other fees. There was no way for you to pay for the license as they do not send the bill out until they send the letter to you with your results.
There is not one thing that you can do to speed things up, and do be aware that average wait time is three weeks or so to get the results, but now you have a holiday weekend thrown in for good measure so it may be longer.
What I do not understand is why your school did not tell you about this. It should have been discussed in your classes.
