Hope you will get in. The director said the offers can happen til late April. Who knows!:) . real good thing can happen. Good luck. Does letter say what ranking are you in? just curious. jin 00005
My wife called me at school to let me know, and apparently the letter does not specify a ranking. I am going to call them tomorrow and ask what to expect. I feel extremely lucky and will just have some more waiting to do. I wonder if any one will be turning an offer down? Guess I will have to wait and see.

I got in to my preferred school as an alternate - depending on how long the list is, your odds can be pretty good. Even if not, you can strengthen your application for next year knowing that you're a very strong candidate.
yes indeed. I am completely happy with my situation, I knew I was borderline and can just make my application that much better if I don't get in this time! Thanks for the words of encouragment!
