Hurst

I see about half & half of who passed & failed wl hurst . For those who passed .. Did you watch all the videos Multiple times ? Did you do hurst along wl something else like Kaplan for questions ? For those who failed wl hurst .. I guess the same questions . Just wondering please . Thank youuu

I read Kaplan Strat Book way before I did the 3-Day Classroom review with Hurst approximately 4 weeks before taking the NCLEX-RN.

2 weeks before the test, I repeated the lecture videos and specialty topics while reading and annotating along with the book that came with the package. The last week before the exam, I did the practice test from Hurst, one exam each day same time with my scheduled exam time (which is at 8 am).

Did the NCLEX with 75 questions last Dec. 23. I had the results in last December 25. Best Christmas gift ever. :)

Oh, and the last two weeks, I had to stop working because I needed to focus on my exam.

I think it's just a matter of how organized or focused you are in attaining your goal.

Hurst is really good for content, it easy to understand. Did not like Kaplan, if u have time search for the free Kaplan online questions that might help.

Why "private tips and suggestions?" Do you suppose that there's some arcane secret being passed about via PM?

Passing the NCLEX is mostly about targeted study and practice... don't waste time in the areas in which you're comfortable (which is what most people do...); instead, focus all of your effort in the areas of "I hate ___"
