Well, I got cut off at 75 questions, so I either did really well, or really terrible, lol. As far as the test itself...a whole lot of SATA. I think Hurst did help some, I had several psych questions and just from that review I remembered what I needed to know. It was not a whole lot like the Q-Review but doing those questions sure didn't hurt anything either.

How do you guys feel about the Hurst Q-Review compared to the real NCLEX examination?
People whom have taken Kaplan Qtrainers and Kaplan Qbank mention how most of the time Kaplan questions were more difficult than NCLEX, while others say Saunders were much easier. Where would you place Hurst Q-Review compared to the NCLEX? How about ATI Questions?
