HURST 45 day remediation?

Published

I was unsuccessful on my first attempt on the NCLEX. I am thinking about taking Hurst's remediation, but just wondering if anyone has done so, and if you passed the second time around?

hi ac2meang i dont know how many hours do you study a day but if you break your time read book and do 150 questions a day .

i think you can do it ..

ac2meang- u are welcome.. i love your positive attitude. i truly believe studying that way with your Hurst materials will make a difference.

Hurst is all you need, but only if you MASTER all the content in that book. Master it in the sense that you are able to explain it to someone (not just memorize it). You can take advice from people, but really try to do what works best for you & what will limit your anxiety.

What do you recommend as far as practice questions?

Hi Lillian11,

I used the Saunders Q and A book. It's a blue book that only has questions. I think I'd try to do about 50-100 'analyzing' type questions a day. I think those kinds of questions helped me to think more 'NCLEX-y'.

Hi...I wAnt to come back to this threat.... And say thank you for everybody here specially chazzW....

for word of encouragement, word of wisdom, motivation and advices....

i took my test today....whole 265 Q's in 6 hrs.... I got good pop up.....

Hello,

I too was not successful on the NCLEX on my first try, and have been emailed by HURST telling me that I had access to the 45 day remedation plan, but I cannot find it anywher on my account! Can you please tell me where you found yours after logging into your account on the HURST website?

you should call or email them to have a access for 45 days remediation. I suggest to call them so you can get a quick response. They have the link.
