Huntington Memorial Interview

Published

So I just graduated in May and got my RN license in October. I finally got a call to interview at Huntington Memorial's (Pasadena, California) New Graduate program in the telemetry unit. I'm super nervous as this is my first interview. I just want to know if anyone has interviewed in the past and if they can give me insight on the process and tell me what I can expect.

Thank you for your help!

Huntington Memorial is where?

It is in Pasadena, California

Wish I could have been of some help! I am looking to apply there now. How was your experience? :-)

They usually hire internally, which means if you have volounteered there or have been a CNA there before you will have a much higher chance to get it. over 80% are hired that way.

I wonder how did it go for you?

They do look internally first and a couple people at the facility were surprised that I got an interview because I was an external candidate. I met with an HR representative first and she screened me then I met with the floor manager who was very nice. I was called in for a panel interview but I declined because I took a position at another facility.
