Hi Everyone! I'm making this forum for anyone that is applying to Huntington Hospital's Fall 2023 New Grad Cohort.
For those planning to apply, which department is your preference and when is/was your NCLEX?

Hi! I'm planning on applying to their CCU and planning on taking the NCLEX in July. Do you know when they are posting the application for new grads? Can't seem to find it.

Hi! Awesome, good luck on your exam and the application as well! I saw that a position opened up today for the emergency room, but I haven't seen any more. I also see that you need to have your license by the date of the application, which makes me worried about how long the positions will stay open for since many of us still need to take the NCLEX.

Oh wow, I checked this morning, it must have just opened in the last few hours!
Do you know if having a CA license now is actually required? Their website says yes in one section, but in their frequently asked questions document it just says that it's needed before cohort begins.
I messaged their coordinator twice with no response.
It's definitely bumming me out that at least three hospitals I was planning on applying to are requiring the license already even though cohorts don't start till late August and even late September ?

Hi all,
Was hoping for some advice. Is anyone familiar with how to navigate license verification for the application process? It says to supply a primary source verification document from the BRN, but I am a little confused on if I am supposed to pay the $20 breeze fee to send verification to HMH directly - or if I am supposed to acquire some sort of document to attach directly to my application. I'm confused ?
TLDR; How do I provide HMH with a primary source verification document from the BRN?

Hi! I'm planning on applying to the labor and delivery position. But, I'm also taking my NCLEX early July so I'm not sure if I can ?
Hey everyone,
Regarding my last post for anyone who also had the same question; you can apply with just a screenshot of your license from the BRN website.
Also, got an email for 1st interview for critical care cohort today!

Hi! Do you know if the the critical care cohort is specifically ICU, or if it's ED and ICU? Thank you.

Hi,
Yes, licensure is needed at time of application. I was able to confirm that a screenshot is fine by speaking with a recruiter I have been in contact with. I think per community guidelines I'm supposed to refrain from posting specific names of people, but if you want to inbox me I can connect you with that information. Hope that helps.
