They ask my biggest failure, if a pt is transition how would u proceed with care, and they ask me about my experience working as a CNA and phlebotomist

Hi everyone, I just got offered the new grad ICU position! Here's a break down of my application experience:

I applied on 3/10/25 morning, and recruiter called me on the same day to schedule for an interview. I had my interview on 3/19/25, which lasted around 20-30 mins with the unit manager, charge nurse, and 2 other charge nurses on Microsoft teams video, ended the interview with a tour of the unit. Recruiter called me with an offer 3/27/25. She said they were only hiring 2 new grads for ICU. Good luck to everyone!
