This is my 3rd year applying. Previously as a hospital nurse. I decided to get an OB certification this year as there is more funding for OB certified nurses.
Last year I was tier one for base (public hospitals). I asked for feedback on who was awarded last year and this was the breakdown I received in 2024.

lowest debt-to-salary ration: 80%
Women's Health/Maternal Health

Well I applied, got an email saying my app is under review July 31st. No credit checks and my app still just says submitted in the portal.
The chances feel very low. I'm an RN, not sure of my debt to income ratio exactly. It's not what I want it to be with these loans though LOL.
