  1. Well I applied, got an email saying my app is under review July 31st. No credit checks and my app still just says submitted in the portal. The chances feel very low. I'm an RN, not sure of my debt to income ratio exactly. It's not what I want it to be with these loans though LOL.
  2. I think I may have seen just one mention they received it. Everyone else NP…this is my second year applying.
  3. I have only seen one RN speak to possibly getting it, but it gets confusing because people talk about different options on this one forum. No one that I personally know as RNs have mentioned hearing anything either.
  4. Same…and I wish the boards could stay separated. Having two different programs throughout really makes it hard to investigate, and adds to the anxiety LOL. I hope everyone had their opportunity. These options are life changing I’m sure.
  5. Second year applying. Last time in 2019. Credit Check on 3/17 via Experian, thanks for the tip! Now we wait I guess. If all of my loans are included, approximately 120% DTI W/ Facility Score of 17. I hope the additional funds they have received benefits all of us. It’s been a trying last few years.
  6. It’s been 5 days tor me...how did this end up? I’m interested to know as I am very interested in the role I applied for and would love to move on.
  7. I am looking for a preceptor that works in informatics. Looking for Fall term 2020 so as soon as possible. Please let me know if you know of any and/or could assist in how to find one! Thanks in advance.
  8. While I applaud your positive input it is pretty clear exactly what she meant. She meant she is better equipped to educate than the RN. If she feels that way she should empower all physicians of all specialties to take on those roles since we are so inadequate. It’s only blown to the extent of which it was stated. That was her choice, not the RN.
  9. Really though. By all means please allow me time to do all the other responsibilities that have been bestowed on me!
  10. I wish we could honestly have separate threads because the confusion is real. When this thread was started it was quite clear which program it included and now I’m not sure if I should be panicked or not because I don’t know if the information even pertains to me. I’m so happy everyone is responding but it would be a lot easier if there were separate threads.
  11. Honestly it’s pretty clear this program moves at different rates each year and there is no easily determined system, even though they say certain things. So I’m just going to pray that between this month and next they send me a wonderful email and help me to save some money over the next two years! ?? I’m not giving up!
  12. Yeah but only the loans applicable to my nursing degree. Any that resulted in another degree don’t apply, and I think they don’t like consolidated loans...
  13. That is kind of weird considering I thought the most of the funds go to them...at least from the app information.
  14. I recalculated my DTI and it’s 135% so has anyone received Nurse Corps Loan Repayment with a DTI around that yet?
  15. You and me both. Mine still says under review...?
