2025 HRSA Nurse Corps Loan Repayment
Hi all! here is some information about previous award recipients for the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program through HRSA. This is my 3rd year applying. Previously as a hospital nurse. I decided to get an OB certification this year as there is more funding for OB certified nurses. Last year I was tier one for base (public hospitals). I asked for feedback on who was awarded last year and this was the breakdown I received in 2024. Psych/ NP lowest tier funded: 2 lowest debt-to-salary ration: 80% Women's Health/Maternal Health lowest tier funded: 2 lowest debt-to-salary ration: 52% Base (disproportionate Share hospitals/ public hospitals) lowest tier funded: 1 lowest debt-to-salary ration: 166% Base (other) lowest tier funded: 2 lowest debt-to-salary ration: 96% Nurse Faculty lowest tier funded: 2 lowest debt-to-salary ration: 185%

RNC-OB With only PP experience
From my understanding you can't take the exam if you don't work in that area. I would suggest the RNC-MNN exam. I recently took the exam in February and passed. It felt a lot like NCLEX and I had no idea how I did afterwards. I took the Triple S review course and found it to be very comprehensive. Best wishes!!
