HRSA Nurse corp scholarship 2022-2023

Hey everyone, I just got accepted into the nursing program for Spring of 2022 and wanted to know if anybody else in here what's going to apply for the Nurse Corp scholarship when they open back up next year or if anybody has applied how did it go for you!???

Me either! I thought it would be open in Feb but haven't seen anything yet.

Also, I watched some YT videos and found at that these were the essay questions: 

NURSE CORPS

How will you contribute to the mission of nurse corps?

What personal experiences have prepared you to work for underserved populations?

Discuss your commitment to pursue a career in nursing?

 

You also will need 2 letters of recommendation. 

So you can try to get those ready!

@parksvictoria yes I heard that the deadline was in may as well I have my notifications on from the website and I haven't gotten anything I'm hoping that they will open up soon I'm ready to apply!.

Do you know what the letter of recommendations need to say exactly or is it a basic format?

@yolanda jn-baptiste I checked the website like every month being that the deadlines in May you would think they would open it up already I'm anxious to get started especially being that my first semester of nursing school starts in May LOL

My program starts in May as well. I am trying to find out if the letters of recommendations have to follow a certain format or if it is a basic one. I am trying to have all of my ducks in a row for when the application opens up.
