Howard Community College 2019 Waitlist

I am on the waitlist between numbers 1-15 and I am nervous about getting into the program this fall. Does any one have any advice?

Talk to your advisors! They should know your updated number! I just got my updated number!

It goes over everything, the advisor said people get waitlisted and dont go but then get selected and dont know anything about how the program is structured. Are you sure this is for the info session?The oreientation for admitted students is on this date and time also, I saw an information session from 3:00-4:00 at the laurel center on April 11th on the calendar on the HCC Homepage.

I think so too. Im actually pretty patient with this. I want to save as much as I can and get mentally prepared

I called the school right after the waitlist intent form was due and I moved up 8 seats, to 82, because 8 people didn't respond with their intent forms. They informed me that there are 60 seats for spring. I anticipate more people dropping as they find out other programs they get into. Either way we got in!

Hello,

I am currently on the waitlist for HCC evening/weekend tradition RN program. I was initially #20 but move up to #18. I applied for Fall 2019, I spoke with someone from the advising office and was informed that I will for sure be offered a seat for Fall 2020. I am excited and patiently waiting bc it’s been a long time coming for me. So to all that have or will be applying for the program best wishes for you all and see you all at the finish line....???‍♂️??‍♀️??‍♀️

I got accepted!! I'm so excited and nerves at the same time....
