How to support your Band 7 team leader.

Hi. I have a job interview for a Band 6 post this month and need to do a 5 minute presentation on how to support your Band 7 Team Leader. Please any ideas on this topic and the actual interview will be greatly appreciated.

Specializes in Emergency Department.
Band 6 is Sister, 7 is Senior Sister, Band 8 is Matron. Clinical Nurse Specialist 6 or 7.

I'm from Scotland. We did not go down that Matron route. Had enough of matrons in the past, most of whom were probably clinically insane. :roflmao:

Yeah, somehow I've always thought of being a matron or a matronly person was the least desirable place/thing to be.
