How to stay on top? What to read?

Hi everyone! I am getting ready to graduate in a few months and want to stay abreast of new standards of practice and new research impacting the nursing field. I know I will join my state's nursing association, but what MAGAZINES are good to subscribe to to stay on top of trends and research affecting the practice of nursing?? Much thanks! Epona
