Well, why are you not seeking employment with Hospital A? Are there better opportunities with Hospital B for your career goals? Does their new grad program/approach to new grad nurses appeal to you? Be honest yet professional and be sure to express yourself in a way that does not put down your current employer.
Good Luck!
Do some research into Hospital B - do they have community out reach programs, or fundraisers in area that you are interested in/admire the hospital for? You never want to say anything negative about another company. So if they ask why are choosing us over them (which I doubt they will, they will more likely ask "why do you want to work here?") say you want to work Hospital B because you admire the culture of caring and community outreach programs they participate in - or whatever it is that you admire about that hospital.
I agree with Bucky! New grad programs are developed by organizations as a selling feature to attract/appeal to new graduates. Organizations that have programs like this in place are going to place a high priority on your success. I do no see anything wrong with telling Hospital B that you are not applying with Hospital A because of this. Good Luck!

I currently work as nursing assistant for Hospital A and have an interview with Hospital B for a new grad position. I need some tips.. if during the interview Hospital B asks me why I am not seeking a new grad position with Hospital A. How should I respond?
Thank you!
