I've developed a glass of wine ritual. If I don't have to go back the next day I take the time to make a hot bubble bath and light candles and incense.
A glass of Moscato relaxes me and makes me nice and sleepy. 😴
Can you manage with a glass of wine on the night before you work? Or do you stay totally dry until you know you'll be off?

I also like to have a glass of wine, either Sauv Blanc, Cabernet, or Pinot Grigio. Moscato too sweet for me. I think wine is just as unhealthy as ice cream, nightly benadryl, or junk food, so why not go for the wine?! Sugar probably equally addictive and unhealthy lol. That's my rationale anyways. A lot of physicians I've talked to say that a daily glass of red wine is great for health. But look out-- 7 glasses of wine a week deems you an automatic alcoholic! On my days off, I run and do yoga. Sometimes I'll just read to relax, helps my mind forget the day.
