Congrats!!!!!! What was your overall feelings about the N-clex Pn??? I keep hearing it's not as bad as Kaplan or Hesi, do you agree?? Do you have any points or tips you can offer me???
Again, Congrats :)
Nclex is not the same as another exam . I took hesi for my exit exam, and I did well. The nclex question are simple if you know what to look for. Take your time and answering nclex on exam day. Don't not rush to answer it until u are sure of it. Nclex is not hard, but it is tricky. when you see SAT q please answer it as true or false. I was not a believer on that method until I was doing the nclex and it works. Do Q&A and understand the rationale. It sounds easy but people fail because of small missed information.
Thank you. May you please post what not to do in first day of job, and how to document properly. This sound easy to experience nurse, but I am new grad and need directions. thank you
