  1. Thank you. May you please post what not to do in first day of job, and how to document properly. This sound easy to experience nurse, but I am new grad and need directions. thank you
  2. Nclex is not the same as another exam . I took hesi for my exit exam, and I did well. The nclex question are simple if you know what to look for. Take your time and answering nclex on exam day. Don't not rush to answer it until u are sure of it. Nclex is not hard, but it is tricky. when you see SAT q please answer it as true or false. I was not a believer on that method until I was doing the nclex and it works. Do Q&A and understand the rationale. It sounds easy but people fail because of small missed information.
  3. Thank you so much
  4. I studied for a month doing q&a and understanding rationale. I did 50 to 100 q first than look at answer later. I did in exam mode. I did one body part at time like GI. I had a lot of sata which I was weak at, but do not be afraid of it. Just treat it like any other Q and answer as true or false. Do not account Q on screen just keep answering until the computer shut down. Prepare as you will do all the Q. Trust yourself and tackle one Q at time. Try to time do the first few Qs well so that you are above the line. I always read post on all nurse thank all nurse.
  5. I took my nclex pn on 1/21/16. I did the pearson trick and got good pop. It works. I did la charity and suanders cd. I did 50 to 100 a day and read the rationale. I used flash cards. please know which patient to see first.
