Hey now, what is a C/S? It's surgery.
This is quite obvious. What do you know about the surgery? What do you know about the type/specific locale of a C/S incision? All this is easily found if you should choose to study your OB/GYN rotation material with half your brain tied behind your back!!
Why don't you tell us how you think you'd assess a mom post-c/section? If you give us what you have already come up with, people around here are a lot more willing to help you fill in the blanks or tell you if you're on the right track. Someone just telling you the answer isn't going to help you learn to think like a nurse.

What do you look for when assessing a postpartal mother? Signs of infection?
How does a C section heal up normally?
Any info please!!
