If trauma is what you're looking for, definitely look into Parkview. They have an evening differential of 2.00 and a night differential of 3.00. Pay is low in Indiana, unfortunately. I'm a new grad and I'm coming in at just under 22 an hour base pay. I hear they offer sign on bonuses for nurses with trauma experience. Good luck and welcome!

That's a terrible differential....how do they even find nurses to work nights?

Hello everyone, I'm moving to Fort Wayne Indiana from Phx AZ this Aug. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about which hospitals is the best for a Trauma Nurse. I work at the county hospital, I have one year of experience. I'm working on my BSN Currently, Should be completed Jan 2017. I was looking into parkview? I was wondering if they pay night differential and if so how much? How much are RN currently making there? I would appreciate any advise. Thank you! Megs
