HOW MUCH malpractice insurance?

So I'm a new NP grad looking into , I looked up some threads on here of recommended companies but my question is how much I should get? The options range from $200,000 per claim/$600,000 aggregate to $1,000,000 per claim/$3,000,000 aggregate. What's the typical amount that people get?

My work covers me  with secondary coverage through the states's malpractice fund.   I don't have personal coverage
