Is everyone knows the mosby's comprehensive reviewbook, how is it ?

I saw the posts , somebody said the saunder's comprehensive review books is useful , but i don't get the book , i am out side of US .

Amazon if you can get it also any good local book shops that could order it for you?

I know a few that ordered it from amazon and lived outside the US
