How many are left?

I was reading another thred about the rollercoaster that is nursing school and I was wondering if other programs lost the same or similar numbers of students. Also there is an added stress of seeing my friends and classmates leave. So how many students has your program lost and how do you deal with seeing your friends go?

In my program we started out with 114 we are down to 91 now.:sniff:

Specializes in ICU.
ADN: After 2.5 semesters, 300 began about 200 remain, maybe less. The Med/Surg courses are to blame. I graduate in May!

Hey Amybeth...congrats on getting near the end:) So, I start in January at HFCC can you tell me what it is about the med/surg classes that is so difficult? I get so nervous reading all these posts. I mean I'm a 4.0 student (so far) but that doesn't mean anything from what I read on here...yikes:(:uhoh3:
