How many more interviews?

Is a third..or a fourth interview REALLY warranted? I am starting to get a complex that I couldn't land it after the second. Are any others seeing this. I do feel blessed to at LEAST feel worthy of the interviews......I just never seen anything like it. Maybe they are stringing me along until someone better comes along...maybe I am just paranoid. Somethings gotta give.. I have less desirable interviews pending. But , I needed work yesterday!

I had five interviews and no job yet. One at a clinic was the strangest thing ever. The interviewer spent the very painful interview boasting about how many clinics he owned and how many he planned to buy since he is a "very smart guy who makes a lot of money". "I make a lot of money!", "I make a lot of money!". What??

He acted like he was really happy and fidgeted a lot. He got up and sat down and ranted a bit about me not being able to convince why I wanted to work for him. It was so wired!!!

Maybe he was compensating, but at an interview?

LOL, I wonder if we interviewed with the same guy. I interviewed for a clinical trials position and all the guy talked about was money, how they have to enroll enough patients in order to make money, and if they don't get patients they don't make any money, and I have to be able to convince patients to enroll in the study because otherwise they won't earn any money.

In the end he decided to go with someone else, but the feeling was pretty mutual.
