I looked everywhere. I can't find out how many grams of sugar are in benedictine.
I could only find the calories, carbs and fat amounts. The amount of sugar is listed on websites as a dash.
What are diabetics supposed to do if they want to have benedictine?
How are they supposed to account for what they had if it isn't even listed?

Generally counting carbs is a more accurate method anyway and there are 5 carbs per 1 oz serving. Something can have no "sugars" and still have carbs that need covered.
