Hi guys, I was just wondering how many of you out there applied to Stan States ASBSN program starting November 2012! I am soo anxious to hear back!

I looked online and put 12031. I think it's the code for all the CSU campuses.

Thanks Pri25. Did we get an email with this information? Sorry to ask so many questions I just feel like I'm missing very important information. I had no idea it was due by the 29th. Thanks so much! Do you happen to know anything about the CPR certification. Is the bls certification what we need?

The details about applying to the main school was sent with our acceptance letter. I still haven't gotten any email from the program. I am sure they will let us know about certification, etc by the end of this week. If not, maybe they will explain it during orientation. Hope this helps!

Someone from Continuing Education answered my questions. He said to leave the major code blank and that many questions on the application won't apply to us since we are post-bac students (such as the transfer student section and GE requirements).

I got a confirmation e-mail that they received my Intent to Enroll. We will receive more information about the requirements early next week. I'm sure they'll address the CPR certification in that e-mail or in orientation. But if I had to guess, it would be the BLS-- that's the certification I got because other schools accepted that type.

1. Where is everyone purchasing their insurance.

2. If anyone is interested in joining, I started a facebook group.The name is: Sanislaus ASBSN Cohort #2. Hopefully this will be easier for communication purposes.

3. I spoketo "Z" today and we need to have insurance before day 1 of class. For those who have to purchase, I suggest getting on that ASAP becuase it takes a while to process.

I'm looking into 1. ehealthinsurance.com & 2. blue cross of CA. They are about $90 and $111 /month. I'm still searching for more affordable rates. If anyone finds anything cheapear, please share.

@Funnypants great idea on the Facebook group! I'd love to join but can't seem to find it? Maybe it is private?Has anyone heard anything about the day to day schedule? Like when and how often we have class? It's so crazy how soon we are starting yet it feels like we are all totally out of the loop lol! Can't wait for orientation so we know.-------------- told me Friday that she would send out the email with more info that day but I never recieved it, and she is out of the office till Wednesday. Did anyone else get it?

Hello fellow Stan ASBSN classmates! Congrats to all those that were admitted. Looking forward to meeting everyone at orientation next week. I was thinking it would be a good idea to create a contact list during orientation. That way we can also find out if there are possible carpool groups that we could form. I am from Elk Grove if anyone is interested. @funnypants: I couldn't find the Facebook group either unless its called ASBSN Stockton.

Hi. It's called "Sanislaus ASBSN Cohort #2". I just typed it in and it popped up. it's open group so i'm not sure what is going on.
