How many of you applied to Stan States ASBSN program starting November 2012?

I was also admitted! I wasn't able to answer the phone when she called, so I am really anxious to receive the letter with information about the orientation, start date, etc. I will be relocating from San Francisco so I need as much time as possible to plan, haha. I know the program starts in late November, but does anyone know an exact date?

The last time I spoke to *******he said that they were going to change the start date and that the program was going to start in early November! I am hoping that I mis-heard and that they'll start in late November because i'm finishing up a few classes

Has anyone heard about housing options? Is anyone planning on moving closer to campus come November

I'm not sure about housing options. Are all the classes offered in Stockton? Do we need to take some in Sacramento? I also need to know if I need to move closer.

I believe the whole program is through CSU Stanislaus's Stockton Campus, therefore we would be driving to Stockon daily.

Hey! If you look at the course schedule on the nursing school's website, you'll notice that half of the class will be held at the Stockton campus. The other half will be held at Sacramento State. The distance is an hour drive if you include traffic.

The schedule to which you refer is for Cohort #1. Additionally, the classes that were "originating from Sacramento" were actually televised classes. Luckily for cohort #2, all classes will be taught at the Stockton campus.

Hey everyone. I e-mailed the director because I needed to give my job a resignation notice ASAP. There will be orientation on Nov. 7 and classes begin Nov. 15. I don't know any other details but she will be sending out more information soon. Hope this helps...

I will also be making the 1 hour commute. Luckily for you, you'll be going in the direction opposite of traffic.

Did anyone get their letter today? I got mine and it says we need to accept by the 24th. We also need to apply to Stan State. The orientation is on the 7th, but it doesn't state what time.

Does anyone know anything about the class schedule. Is this program Monday-Friday? Or Monday-Sunday? And about financial aid? I'm sure it will be addressed at orientation but that is only a week before we start. I need to know if I am needing to put in my resignation at work or if I will be able to work during the program. Also has anyone called about the time orientation is?
