Hello!
Long-time lurker here!
I am currently in the process of obtaining a license by endorsement for AZ from CA. I recently sent in all of the required documents to the brn and physically mailed out my fingerprint card. I have been checking my AZ portal daily and they have approved of all docs except the fingerprint card. I contacted them recently and was told it was received on 4/28 but still needs to be sent to DOJ. On the AZ BRN website, it mentions that processing time takes 6-8 weeks! After checking my portal a few days ago, there is now a red X next to the fingerprint card, so I contacted the brn again. They said it was still being processed.
My question is...did anyone get theirs approved quicker? I understand it clearly states 6-8 weeks, just am looking for any sign of hope. I had no idea the holdup to get my license would be this card and that it could take up to 2 months! I am looking to start a job in AZ very soon, but won't be able to if I don't have my darn license. ? Thank you for reading ? Happy nursing, ya'll!

So did you get approval yet? I sent mine in May 12th and still nothing on my portal except that darned red X like you mentioned. I have an interview next week that I have already put off once and still no license. It is quite upsetting.

I transferred from NV and was able to get mine expedited because I had a job offer already. Once they realize that, it seemed to go MUCH more quickly. They gave me a temporary one, at first, expiring within like 6 months but I quickly got my permanent one.
