How long after passing NCLEX did your license # appear on the NYS BON site?

Good night ladies and gentlemen,

I took my NCLEX exam today. I walked out of the center feeling like a failure, but after reading the forums, I decided to try the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT). I got the "good" pop up. Since this isn't 100%, I will pay to view my Quick Results when it is available. My question is, how long after passing the NCLEX did your license # appear on the NYS BON website? To me, this is the only REAL confirmation of a passing score .

I took my Nclex with NY BON on the 25th July 17. My unofficial result said I passed. However my name still haven't appeared on the website. Should I call or give them some more time?

I'm in California and 48 hours after the Nclex, the BRN site showed my license as active (I passed). I'm not sure if it's the same in NY but if you go to the Consumer Information website (ours is Breeze.ca.gov) and search your name under "for consumers" section, you should be able to see your license status. Hope this helped!

They posted it on August 3rd. And sent an email saying I should receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days.

Guess NY BON is backed up or just slow.

They post the lic # on the 03 of August and responded to my e-mail that same day.

I did my nclex rn test in July 15, and fortunately I passed, but at this time I do not have received my license or any other document from NY BON, how long take it or what can I do?

You should give the a call and check for your name on their website. I did mine on the 25th of July. I emailed about it. On the 3 of August the responded to my email and posted my license number online. I received physical documents in the mail about a week after.

I took NCLEX September 27,with 160 questions,i did a pvt using my empty account debit card ,i received pop up that may payment is decline,i dont know if thats the bad pop up they are telling ,does it mean I FAILED?its October 2,but i still don see my name at BON,how long does it take for them to post?i hope i can get an answer for im really stress about this.thank you.

If your credit card was declined then you most likely failed. Did you pay for the quick results available 48 hrs after the test?

I honestly have no idea what's going on, if it's a fluke or what, but I got my license in an email the same day I took my NCLEX. Like my results aren't even available! Idk what's going on.

Hi everyone! I am taking the NCLEX on January 16th and need my license in hand by January 26th for paperwork purposes. Is this a realistic timeline? I am nervous I will not be able to obtain the physical copy in time. Thank you.
