Does anybody know how long it takes to get a NP degree if one has their MSN already?

Depends on the post master's hours required in the NP program for one thing. There are courses (classroom/online) and clinical hours which are roughly around 700 hours for the clinical.

It depends on the kind of MSN program. If it is a traditional MSN program that ends in a specialist role, it takes another full year (four quarters) to take all the courses to become an NP where I went to school, UCSF. If the MSN is one of the direct entry programs that prepare the nurse for a generalist role, the CNL, I would suspect it would take longer. Not all direct entry programs are CNL; some direct entry programs are specialty programs, such as the Clinical Nurse Specialist tract. The traditional MSN programs are longer than the CNL direct entry programs. The post master's curriculum leading to an NP depends on the school. The best answer to your question is to inquire at the the academic institution(s) where you are interested in applying.
Sorry for the late response - thanks
