You need to get other solid offers in hand, do the maths involved and see if it makes financial sense to make a change.
That ^ might also be secondary to waiting to see if the new scheduling process is even a problem in the first place?
Everyone is driven by different things, but don't underestimate the value of enjoying the floor, coworkers and patients where you currently are. That's huge.

Hi, new grad for just over 3 months. At my new unit for 3 current hospital going on 4 years soon.
Really enjoy the floor I am on, enjoy the people I work with, and the population of patients I work with. However, scheduling is transitioning away from self-scheduling. Could possibly affect work-life-family balance.
Then other hospitals in the area are offering bonuses and higher pay then what I currently make. Other hospitals are 10 miles round trip closer than current hospital I work for.
On the other hand, I owe my work about $4,000 in tuition reimbursement have to pay back.
I don't know what to do.
