How do you like your hospital?

Is there a thread or site where Nurses talk about the pros and cons of various hospitals?  I'm wanting to apply somewhere in Southern Calif, but looking at the websites, I realize all the hospital websites are made to make the hospital sound wonderful.  I want the real scoop from floor nurses.  Thank you.
