I haven't looked in a few years. But I am now finally getting my act together and enrolling in a BSN program. I already have a BS so I am hoping it won't take me forever!
i lucked out as a new grad in sub-acute rehab in NYC. I'm thinking of looking around nj soon for something closer to home.
i will wait until I am at least enrolled in a BSN program but curious how things are now. It was a horror show for the new grads a few years ago. Hoping things are improved!

It's awful. Be persistent.... but don't expect things to be easier here, especially immediately outside NYC and Philly.

I second the above. It's horrible. Borderline impossible.
Wow! Are you guys new grads?
I'm sorry, by the way.

It's bad for new grads and experienced nurses seeking employment. Especially in hospitals.
Nope not a new grad.
I'm shocked that even experienced RNs are having trouble finding jobs. Several years ago it was the new grads that struggled because everyone wanted to hire nurses with experience.
Are you guys RNs with BSNs? What type of exp do you have.
I honestly wAsnt expecting to hear this. I guess I will be staying put at my current job a little longer.
