How do you incorporate your nursing bag into your day?

I have seen several "whats in my nursing bag" videos on youtube. Do you carry those around with you all day? Are they kept in locker rooms?

I have a bag for when we are camping/traveling from my SAR days but thats it. No nursing bag. All my stuff stays at work

I hide it under the desk. I'm basically the worst nurse ever, though, don't even carry a stethoscope on me. My bag is basically a place to hide snacks and hold my car keys.
