Published

Hello! I just passed my boards to become an lpn no experience- and my friends mother offered me a job as a private care lpn. I didnt start yet i told her i would think about it.... How do I go about doing that? Isn't there legal issues I should work out? Im really stressed and I'm not sure this is the smartest idea. I know I need first but then what? Please help?! Thank you!

Go ahead and take the job and get the experience. I don't think there are any legal issues to work out.

Get your and start working.:yeah:

Get your . When you start get a written contract between yourself and your client. Important to know if they will be doing your employment deductions or not. If not, make certain you find out how to do all of this for yourself. All of these must still be paid and you are responsible to see that it happens.

Written contract and deductions as required by law. Yes, absolutely. You do not want the IRS to come after you.

Why didn't I think of that last night when I read your thread?
