Weighted & unweighted GPA you cannot determine its a concept unique to US high schools. Honors classes and advance placement classes are given higher grade weight for determining class rank. In the U.S. grades are typically:
A4.0
A- 3.7
B+ 3.3
B 3.0
B- 2.7
C+ 2.3
C 2.0
C- 1.7
D 1.0
F 0
Weighted grades for honors/AP would be 5.0 or 4.5 for A depending on school.
My sister had all A's, physical education was not weighted ever so her weighted HS GPA over 4 years was 4.96, unweighted was 4.0 she was in the top ten of her graduating class out of 453 students (I think 3rd out of 453).
based on what you posted above GPA would be approximately 2.375 . For comparison, many nursing schools have a minimum GPA for admission of US educated students around 3.4/3.5. Most of the students admitted to nursing school have a A- or better (3.7-4.0)
ACT & SAT scores are nationally standardized tests taken by HS juniors and seniors. If you didn't take the test you won't have scores.

Just like if you didn't go to HS in the U.S. you won't have a weighted/unweighted GPA. International students need their overseas transcripts evaluated by a service determined by the school such as World Education Service or Spantran to determine equivalency to US standards.
