How do yu do clinicals? As I have been reading mostly everyone seems to already be a nurse of some kind to you have to be, do it online?

Many classes are given online through various colleges, but most, if not all, clinical classes are not online. (There may be a few where the class is online, but you go to local hospitals for the actual clinical rotations.)
The only way to know for sure is to search for your state's Board of Nursing. Call them up, and ask your questions. They may be able to help you in your search.
Also, do a search for online ADN on allnurses.com. Maybe you can find something.
Good luck.

This is where I am attending to get my ASN, with no prior nursing experience. Also do a search on this board for "deaconess", and you will find many threads with details about the program.

Does this program set clinicals up with local hospitals?

The responsibility for finding a clinical site is on the student unless you are local to St Louis. If that's the case, then the clinical liason may place you in a clinical group.
Give them a call I'm sure they would send you the information.
Good Luck
