How do I contact the CA BRN

No one ever answers the phone, I finally got a number of a sup and after calling the sup and leaving 3 voicemails I just happen to get get this sup on the phone and he was completely rude to the point I told him I would just check some things and call back next week. This sup is going to be of no help to me...

Who can tell me who to contact and get some sort of higher level supervisor, Im tired of this **** and I need to talk to someone about getting a license in CALI.

Sorry its just I am seriously frustrated, its been ONE MONTH since I started calling, I need to take care of this..WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS OFFICE!

I am fortunate to live within 50 miles of the BRN office. It appears that the only way I can get a response is by visiting in person. All I want to do is renew my license and that BREEZE program BRN has is so screwed up that it won't let me in on the information that THEY emailed me as my login! No way to get tech support, no answer, they are too busy to pick up the phone. If you are in a time crunch, there are RN's in this area that have made trips to BRN for other nurses in distant locals for license issues. Suggest you attempt to locate a local RN and ask if he/she would be willing to act on your behalf.
