How do I become an RN?

Published

How do I become a registered nurse in North Carolina? I eventually want to get my BSN & become a labor & delivery nurse but I can't find an RN program in NC. I only have my GED.

There are many ADN programs in NC that pop up with a Google search. King's College, Central Piedmont Community College, Mercy School of Nursing, York Technical College, Pfieffer University, Stanley Community College, Spartanburg Community College, Caldwell Community College, Newberry College, Montgomery Community College, Northeastern Technical College...just to name a few.

Again, those are associate degree or diploma programs, not a BSN.

Good luck in your selection,

I would start by looking for an accredited program by ACEN... Search ACEN Accredited Nursing Programs Then do some online research about those schools.

Best wishes!
