Op, you need to work out all the specific logistics of college on your own with the assistance of your college advisors. All here did the same. It's part of taking ownership of your decisions in life. As far as course difficulty goes, that's all on you. You have to find out for yourself by taking the courses. Most of college is about taking on challenge by yourself and for yourself. It's part of growing up.

Since it's a full BSN program, I would expect it to take four years to finish the program and graduate. The pre-requisites can take anywhere from one to three years depending on how your school structures the curriculum.
How hard are those classes? How could we possibly answer that for you? It depends on about a dozen different things. The curriculum, how good the instructor is, the lecture style, how the tests are written, whether or not you study...

Depends on the school, the instructors, and you.
Best to sit down with an admissions counselor and talk to them.

I took a year and got everything done (english, math, psychology, etc) then went to the nursing program with only nursing courses to do for the other two years. Best thing I ever did. I can't imagine having tried to do it all at once.
Total, 3 years.

I think it depends on your IQ, your credentials, and your criminal history.
